Half Day tour in Luxor’s east bank to visit the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. Temple of Karnak is the largest ancient religious site ever built, from pillars to pylons, sanctuaries to colonnades; everything about this temple is huge!
An avenue of sphinxes connects Karnak to its little sister Luxor temple, much smaller in size but by no means less impressive as the huge seated statues of Ramses 2nd sit majestically by the entrance. Your Egyptologist will bring the stories of ancient Egypt to life.
At 7:00 am you will be picked up from your Hotel or Nile Cruise in Luxor by our licensed tour guide then you will be transferred by private A/C Vehicle to the East Bank of the Nile to start your half day tour.
You will first visit Karnak Temple, the greatest example of worship in the history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. You will spend approximately 3 hours at the Temples before you continue your day tour visiting the Temple of Luxor, it was built by two Pharaohs in various in the 18th and 19th Dynasties
Later you will be driven Back to your hotel in Luxor.
